Race description
The 12th Extreme One-Hour Run is a unique one-hour race held in Koszalin on a demanding approximately 1-kilometer loop in forest terrain with significant elevation changes and varied ground, including sandy sections. Participants compete to complete as many laps as possible within one hour, and the last lap must be started before the time expires. The race promotes sport, recreation, volunteering, and active tourism, and at the finish line, competitors receive an extremely heavy medal and a drink. The event is organized by the 'SFX' Association and Rozbiegany Koszalin.

Registration opens on June 6, 2025; the event takes place on sandy terrains in Koszalin; participant limit; ability to complete 1 km within an hour.
