Race description
The Trail of the Bison Run is an annual running event organized by the Sports Association "Active Pszczyna" in Studzienice, held in December. The race course runs over one or two loops through the Studzienice forest, part of the Pszczyna Forest, offering picturesque forest landscapes. The event features various distances, including Costume Run, races for children, as well as 6 km and 12 km runs and Nordic Walking, as well as a half marathon and marathon. Participants can expect medals, awards for costumes, and traditional pea soup at the finish line.

Additional information
Start times are scheduled at different hours: 08:00 for the marathon, 08:30 for the Costume Run (1.8 km), 10:10 for the half marathon. For children, races are prepared over distances of 200m, 400m, 800m, and 250m, 400m, 850m depending on age. Medals and awards for the most interesting costumes are available at the finish. A team classification (top 4 times after 1 loop) is organized. The course is also used for Nordic Walking. Traditional pea soup is served at the finish. GPX files for the half marathon, marathon, and 6 km and 12 km runs are available. The new marathon distance, changed start and finish locations, culinary and recovery attractions, honorary patronages, additional cross competitions, and team classification are also featured.
