Every year at the end of August, marathon runners gather in Jastarnia for the Baltic Half Marathon by the Sea, which is the only event of its kind in Poland and one of two in Europe. The half marathon route is entirely laid out on the beach, allowing participants to thoroughly explore the Baltic coastline from Jastarnia, through Jurata, to Władysławowo. The start and finish will be located on the beach, and the number of participants is limited to 250 registrants.
