Race description
Pogórze Ultra Trail is a mountain race organized by the Pogórze Ultra Trail Association, which combines a passion for running and exploring the natural beauty of the Pogórze Strzyżowskie region. The race routes lead through picturesque areas with diverse natural features, including old deciduous forests, thickets, loess ravines, and unique rock formations. Participants have the opportunity to run through historic shelter tunnels in Strzyżów and Stępin, as well as admire the Brzeżanka mountain range, the Kiczora massif, Herby, and Chełm Hill. It is the largest running event in the region, attracting trail and ultramarathon enthusiasts every year.
