Race description
The 7 Valleys Run is a mountain ultramarathon covering a distance of 100 km, taking place in the picturesque Beskid Sądecki, with start and finish in Piwniczna-Zdrój. The route runs through challenging mountain trails with significant elevation gain, offering participants exceptional views and contact with nature. The event is part of the Running Festival, which combines sports competition with regional promotion and active lifestyle. The time limit to complete the course is 19 hours, and there are food and drop-off points along the route. This is a challenge for experienced mountain runners who want to face difficult but beautiful terrain.

The time limit to finish the race is 19 hours (until 9:00 PM). Intermediate cut-off times at checkpoints are: Rytro (36 km) - 7 hours (by 9:00 AM), Krynica (62 km) - 12 hours (by 2:00 PM), Wierchomla (89 km) - 17 hours (by 7:00 PM). Recommended technical equipment includes, among others, a reusable cup or bottle, a backpack or running belt, NRC foil, a headlamp, reflective elements, health insurance, a whistle, hand sanitizer, and an active phone with ICE number recorded on the back of the bib. The event features various distances, including 100 km, 42 km, 61 km, 23 km, and 11 km, with accompanying attractions such as festivals and expo. The race will take place in early September 2026.
